Position Overview

We are seeking a warm, professional Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, calming environment and ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The Concierge will assist clients with questions, notify therapists of arrivals, and maintain the overall environment of the front office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients promptly and warmly as they arrive for appointments
  • Manage check-in process and notify therapists of client arrivals
  • Maintain a calm, organized, and professional front desk environment
  • Answer basic questions about the office, services, and appointment flow
  • Support the team with light administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure waiting areas remain tidy and inviting

    • Qualifications

  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
  • Prior experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills

    • Schedule & Compensation

  • 8-4am shift, and 1-9pm shift
  • $17 / hour
