• Monday through Friday with 40 hour guarantee
• 25 - 30 patient visits per week dependent on travel
• Home health setting
• Home health and OASIS experience required
• HCHB experience preferred
• Adult caseload
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
