Welder

**Welder - 3rd shift - $25/Hour**

Tasked with welding and fabricating structural and miscellaneous members including columns, beams, trusses, vertical and horizontal bracing, stairs, rails, ladders, and frames.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various structural components.
• Read and interpret blueprints to input layouts for machines.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
• Lift and handle materials weighing over 50 pounds.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds.
• Pass a Horizontal 2G weld test in the GMAW process.
• 6+ months of experience in blueprint reading and tape measurement.
• 6+ months of experience with hand tools.
• 6+ months of hand welding experience (non-production).
• Job tenure of 6 months to 1 year in the most recent role.
• Preferred: 6+ months of experience in welding structural components.
• Ability to remain on feet for the entire workday.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
