OB/GYN Job | 600K Recruitment Package | Residency Stipend | Shelton, WA

Position

Details:
• 60% GYN and 40% OB
• 4-day work week
• Can accommodate interest in Uro/Gyn with mentorship available - Physicians operate on larger cases together and would be happy to partner with the incoming physician too
• 15-20 patients per day in the clinic – Never pushed based on quantity of patients seen
• 350 births per year with Midwifery support
• Collaborative team seeking a patient focused partner who seeks a practice that offers autonomy
• Visa sponsorship available

Compensation Details:
• Initial recruitment package of $600K
• Sign-on bonus
• Student loan repayment for federal and private loans
• 7 Weeks of PTO
• 3 Retirement Options including a Pension Plan
