Maintenance Associate

Position :   Maintenance Associate                                                              Location : North Kansas City, Missouri

Reports to : Maintenance Supervisor                                                                       FLSA Status : Non-exempt Hourly

Company Overview : C&C Produce is the Midwest's largest produce wholesaler, providing top-quality produce since 1992. We are seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

General Labor (Maintenance) Job Duties :

• Maintain the cleanliness of the company's facilities.
• Ensure all equipment and machinery are operational.
• Escalate high defective items for repair.
• Perform facility maintenance and repair equipment and buildings.
• Provide cleaning services and remove trash and recyclable materials.
• Oversee the work of contracted vendors as required.
• Attend training, safety programs, and staff meetings.
• Prepare accurate repair and cleaning reports.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace any equipment.
• Use power tools to fix wiring and piping.
• Receive orders or go out to acquire more supplies.

Job Requirements :

Schedule : Monday - Friday (with some weekends as needed)

Hours : 7 am - 5 pm
