Job descriptionDrive lead generation through SEO, ads, email campaigns, and content marketing Build and refine brand assets (website, social, case studies, sales decks) Engage inbound prospects : qualify leads and support sales in closing deals Act as project lead for client campaigns, delivering full-stack support Apply our three-layer model (Marketing ? Content ? Execution) to drive results Manage digital campaigns and coordinate localized content production Collaborate with sales and client stakeholders to align goals and solutions Support client retention through reporting, upsell, and renewals SEO, paid ads, email marketing, content funnels Copywriting for websites, social posts, videos, case studies, sales materials Analytics & optimization with Google Analytics, UTM tagging, dashboards Cross-border execution across the U.S., China, and other international markets ? Must-Haves : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline 0–3 years' experience (internships & project work count) Strong foundation in digital marketing practices Excellent English writing and communication skills Ability to collaborate in teams and coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn in a multicultural team ? Bonus Points : HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads AI tools, video editing, visual content creation Interest in U.S.–Asia business (Mandarin a plus) Familiarity with either U.S. or Chinese market ?? Base : $48,000–$52,000 ?? Bonus : Up to $8,000 / year (based on campaigns & project performance) ?? OTE : ~$60,000 / year ?? Growth Path : Marketing Manager / Client Project Manager / Strategic Marketing Lead ?? Perks : Career training, digital tools, potential travel for client events ? In one sentence : You'll master one set of digital marketing skills and apply them in two tracks—growing Landelion's brand and executing cross-border client projects—while building expertise in both U.S.-to-China and China-to-global market expansion.
