Job descriptionProficient in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular health. Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine preferred. Must have an active and unrestricted medical license. Current home office setup is required. Availability to work weekends, if desired. Active and unrestricted medical license. AANP certification. Completion of DMA training to become DMA certified. Own a laptop (no Mac / Apple products).
Job Title : Locum Physician - General Medicine
Join a dedicated team providing essential healthcare services in Houston, Minnesota. As a General Medicine Provider, you will play a vital role in conducting Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments for our nation's Veterans.
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct PRN Compensation & Pension exams and separation health assessments.
- Perform primarily interview-based exams with some physical assessments including range of motion testing and muscle strength testing.
- Complete required reports and addendums without prescribing or treating patients.
- Option to work half-days or full-days to best fit your schedule.
- Engage in quick credentialing and onboarding processes.
- Willingness to complete necessary training for DMA certification.
