THE JOB :

We're looking for a dynamic Security Manager to lead the charge at one of the most sophisticated and stylish destinations on the Strip, Aria. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and team members, whether it's an evening of fine dining, a night of world-class entertainment, or a convention filled with business leaders.

You'll be the go-to leader for all things safety and security, guiding a dedicated team, overseeing high-profile events, and responding decisively when challenges arise. THE DAY-TO-DAY :

  • Lead the security and support staff during daily operations and events, including creating schedules, assigning work and coverage, handling payroll and PTO, training and evaluating officers, and managing discipline when needed
  • Build strong, effective teams by interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and giving performance reviews
  • Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and respect through recognition and feedback
  • Share any updates to policies and procedures clearly with the team, and offer suggestions for improvements when needed
  • Carry out the department's strategies and goals to deliver top-level safety and service
  • Use guest feedback and performance data to make improvements and ensure a high level of satisfaction across the property or venue
  • Take charge as the Incident Commander during emergencies

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Two (2) years of prior relevant experience required
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar or related setting preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
