Role Overview :

The Licensed Therapist plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services and ensuring the mental health and well-being of clients. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, create and implement personalized treatment plans, maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. This position is also a key contributor to outreach efforts aimed at promoting our services and attracting new referrals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs and appropriate interventions.
• Utilize standardized tools for gathering relevant information.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, families, and the treatment team.
• Set measurable goals tailored to individual needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Use therapeutic techniques to address mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality services to all clients in your caseload.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to track progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care.
• Engage in community outreach efforts to promote services and connect with potential clients.
• Assist clients and families in accessing additional resources and support services.
• Stay informed about best practices and evolving trends in mental health therapy.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
