Job description

Join a well-established department looking to grow their C / L service, covering the med surg unit (160-170 beds) and assist in a new med / psych unit that will be opening in the future (will be 8 beds)

Will only cover med / surg NOT the ED, will work with a Pgy2 or Pgy4 resident at all times as well as a PsychNP on occasion

Patient volume of approximately 3 new consults per day + ongoing managing of 3-4 patients already admitted to med-surg

Mon-Fri schedule 9am-5pm with no nights, evenings, weekends or call (call covered by residents or attendings on call on weekend, won't apply to CL)

Could also provide psychotherapy oversite for residents if interested
