A company is looking for an AI Solutions Analyst to support the design and adoption of AI workstreams from an administrative perspective.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with teams to identify high-value AI opportunities
Draft, test, and refine AI agents for various workflows
Drive adoption and change management by training users and measuring ROI
Required Qualifications
2-5 years in consulting, product, business analysis, or healthcare operations
Experience with prompt engineering and AI-powered workflows
Strong analytical skills for translating complex requirements
Comfort with change management in provider-facing or staff-facing roles
Experience in healthcare operations preferred
