Qualifications : No sales experience required—training provided Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and coachable Comfortable using basic digital tools (Zoom, CRM) Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Life insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain with guidance)
