Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Internal Float Pool!

Are you a dedicated RN seeking a dynamic role that offers variety, challenge, and opportunities for professional growth? Look no further! As part of our Internal Float Pool, you'll rotate among various units, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support.

Location : Aurora St Luke's Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Key Details :

Shift : 3rd Shift (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)
Hours Per Week : 36
Full-Time Position
Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

What You'll Do :

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units.

Adapt to various workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.

Engage with patients and their families, fostering therapeutic relationships throughout their care continuum.

Participate in ongoing evaluation and implementation of treatment plans to meet the needs of your patients.

Qualifications We're Looking For :

A minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).

Willingness to adhere to a flexible 6-week schedule that includes weekends and holiday rotations.

Training & Skills Development :

Receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training.
