Fors Marsh seeks Sr Researcher II for Hamden, CT. Duties : Design / execute election administration survey research in variety of quant + qual methodologies + interpret results per state laws + policies on election admin + advanced data analysis methods on large and complex election datasets containing transactional data. Develop election admin research reports, presentations, + data visualizations. Coordinate preparation + fielding of establishment surveys. Plan all phases of election admin research projects and coordinate with public sector clients + stakeholders. Provide support to federal clients. Business development + proposal writing for election admin survey research projects. Supervise Survey Researchers. Must have : Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science or other social science field, subject matter expertise on the topic of election admin demonstrated through conference presentations or publications w / 24 months of exp in : (1) election admin research projects w / federal clients like the EAC + FVAP; (2) election-related establishment surveys (building, fielding, + analyzing data from these types of surveys) + managing + analyzing large + complex election datasets (e.g., voter history files) containing transactional or administrative data; + (3) creating public use datasets + building longitudinal datasets.
