• Starting Base Salary : $115,000+ (higher based on professional experience)

Position Overview

The client is seeking an Executive Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead and advance its cardiovascular programs, including the Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Pre / Post Unit, Non-Invasive Radiology, Cardiology Clinics, and Cardiac Rehab departments .

The Executive Director will provide strategic vision, operational oversight, and physician / staff engagement to ensure timely access, clinical excellence, and superior patient outcomes . This role is central to enhancing cardiovascular service line growth, compliance, and patient-centered care.
