Warehouse Associate

Hi-Speed Industrial Service is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our team. This role is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping inventory for orders and service jobs, along with maintaining accurate data entry records. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in efficient, accurate work.

What You'll Do :

Handle all warehouse operations : shipping, receiving, picking, packing, organizing.

Supply accurate parts and materials to Field Service teams.

Assist in fulfilling orders, including GSA and DLA government contracts.

Maintain accurate data entry and update order / shipment information.

Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and internal teams.

Perform cycle counts, stock rotation, and inventory replenishment.

Pick up / deliver inventory and supplies when needed.

Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

What We're Looking For :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Physically able to lift, bend, and work in fluctuating warehouse temperatures.

Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

Prior warehouse experience (especially picking / packing) is a plus.

Computer skills : Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with inventory systems a bonus.

Solid communication and organizational skills.

Physical & Work Environment :

Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, hand trucks, overhead cranes).

Professional demeanor when working with customers and vendors.

Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
