Job Summary :

Responsible for providing 24 / 7 leadership in the OCC overseeing a team of approximately 40 Coordinators on the Operations Travel Desk supporting Delta's hotel and transportation needs for crew members globally. The role will handle operational and tactical contract management functions serving as Manager on Duty during weekends, holidays, and evenings. The role will support Delta's operation by ensuring crews have safe, clean, comfortable, and adequate accommodations and transportation around the globe.
