Overview
Job in a Nutshell :
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the successful communication and coordination of repair and maintenance requests for the retail and corporate locations of Natural Grocers. This position monitors and maintains work orders through a CMMS (ServiceChannel); tracks progress of repairs and follows through to completion; maintains location notes and pertinent store information in the ServiceChannel platform. This position may be scheduled for evenings and weekend coverage. This position is fully on-site and requires 100% of the time be spent working from the SSC Golden office.

Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities :
- Dispatch outside service vendors through ServiceChannel to address store maintenance issues.
- Identify reported maintenance emergencies and notify Facilities Manager for immediate action.
- Provide work order status updates to stores for emergency and urgent maintenance calls.
- Follow up on open work orders in ServiceChannel to ensure resolution and closure.
- Update store locations and related data in ServiceChannel.
- Assist in training new store managers on system functions.
- Bid services for pricing and create work orders for external vendors as needed.
- Identify recurring or unresolved R&M issues and communicate to Facilities Manager.
- Assist stores via phone / email with troubleshooting maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with store team members to deliver timely solutions and excellent customer service.
- Maintain professional relations with customers and vendors.
- Participate in training and complete required assignments.
- Perform related duties, including supplies management and warehouse organization.

Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Preferred 2 years general office experience.Warranty management knowledge preferred.Ability to multitask and manage multiple incidents / projects.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Windows and Office, especially Excel.Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities.Understanding service agreements and negotiation skills.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to handle high-pressure situations.Quick adaptability to change.This description is not a contract and may change.
