Whom Are We Looking For?

Oberg and Associates, LLC is looking for someone that can come in, and with our support, participate in the hiring process. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews for our Search / Senior Associates, and managing the hiring paperwork.

We enjoy highly competitive team players who thrive off winning. This individual also needs to have a strong telephone presence and be comfortable in a sales-type environment. This would be a great opportunity for anyone looking to establish a clear and defined career path in recruiting.

Training and Preparation :

We will provide you with the knowledge and basic skills you need in learning how to be successful with the O&A team, as well as how to advance in the recruiting industry. We will also support you with mentorship through our 35 years of experience and formal training systems.
