Lead Analyst, IS Finance
The Lead Analyst, IS Finance is part of the Information Services, Transformation & Portfolio Operations (ITP) team and serves as a subject matter resource through the execution of key department financial activities. With limited supervision, you will manage and maintain certain aspects of one of our largest cost center budgets at the company. You will collaborate closely with members of the ITP department and Finance / Accounting team members, specifically in the financial management of our IT project spend including depreciation and amortization, and non-SaaS related contracts, which represents over 30% of our IT budget. You will provide thought leadership in financial management to our internal partners. You will assist in performing certain month, quarter and year-end activities including journal entries, account reconciliations and forecasting our spend across future fiscal periods. You will also collaborate closely with other ITP team members in the execution of department initiatives to manage the collective ITP budget and be a key liaison with other Finance functions across the Company.
Location : Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland / Akron)
Work Arrangements : Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires
In this role you will :
Cost Center and Natural Account Budget Administration
- Contribute to the annual budget build and periodic reforecasts, track monthly spend
- Responsible for managing and maintaining the ITP capital / SaaS implementation costs, including depreciation and amortization for roughly $35M of annual project spend across internal initiatives
- Facilitation of weekly interactions across ITP Business Relationship Managers regarding upcoming contract purchases, renewals and cancellations
- Provide financial support to ITP teams for Transformation initiatives, including leading IT Finance specific Transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement and IS Risk Management on the contract lifecycle management process
- Collaborate with IS team members to manage and track monthly invoices and impact on current and future year budget
- Ensures appropriate entry and processing of IS purchase requisitions, purchase orders and vendor invoices
- Support long-range planning forecasting and external benchmarking initiatives
