Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Senior Analyst to join our Regional Sales Operations team. This strategic role partners closely with Sales Operations and leadership to deliver advanced analytics, strategic forecasting, and actionable insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex sales data to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities across regions, services, and industries.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, sales cycle velocity, etc.
• Design and implement advanced forecasting models using historical performance, market trends, and economic indicators to support strategic planning and revenue growth.
• Create and evaluate "what-if" scenarios to assess potential outcomes of strategic decisions and market variables.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform high-level business decisions, strategy development, and goal-setting.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across analytics and reporting.
• Support fiscal year planning through goal modeling and performance forecasting.
• Provide support for New Business Development (NBD) budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as required by leadership.

Qualifications

The compensation range for this role is $67,060 to $127,120. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
