Financial/Cost Analyst

Salary: $60,000--$90,000

• ​ Provide assistance in the development and management of the annual operating program budget.

• Responsible for maintaining financials on payments, accruals, and expenditures.

• Prepare monthly payment, accruals, and expenditures report and reconcile it with reports from capital accounting team.

• Conduct research and perform analysis on the operating program projects.

• Perform monthly invoice and accrual tracking.

• Prepare monthly Project Status Report and coordinate with Project Managers to have the latest update on the report.

• Assist in preparation of Adopted Budget, Mid-Year Update, and Final Forecast.

• Process recurring consultant payments for assigned projects.

• Maintain and input information into the records of management database.

• Assist in other reporting and analysis tasks as needed.
