Senior / Principal Executive

As Senior / Principal Executive, you will assist the Deputy Director to implement programme and initiatives relating to capability building and employee engagement. You will also work very closely with the Human Resource Business Partnering team to build MPA's desired culture and an engaged workforce in the organisation.

Learning & Development

• Design, implement and facilitate onboarding programmes for new hires. This include MPA and MOT Family orientation programme, writing and presentation courses for new officers.
• As part of the onboarding of new hires, the incumbent is expected to work with the HR business partners to curate an onboarding toolkit and conduct a pulse check at the 100th day mark to understand how the hire is adapting and / or requires any support.
• Participate in the annual training budget exercise and ensure the budget allocated aligns with the organisation outcomes.
• Manage learning administration for training courses which includes milestone, onboarding and in-service sponsorship programmes.
• Process training invoices in an accurate and timely manner.

You should be a team player with strong stakeholders' management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in learning and development, employee engagement or events management would be an advantage.
