Job Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document treatments in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to effectively assess patients' conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in decision-making regarding patient care management.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as directed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high professional nursing standards.
