Key Responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager :
- Sales Enhancement Drive in-store sales with strategic selling techniques, motivating the team to hit and exceed targets.
- Brand Ambassadorship Establish and nurture strong relationships with guests, and encourage the crew to do the same.
- Team Leadership Foster a trusting, fun, and positive environment that inspires and motivates the team to achieve excellent results.
- Operational Excellence Oversee daily operational tasks such as store cleanliness, cash management, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food safety.
