A company is looking for a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues
Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns
Provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requested
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
