Job Description :
- Provide comprehensive medical care to women, specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of conditions related to reproductive health.
- Conduct routine gynecological examinations, including pelvic exams, Pap smears, and breast examinations.
- Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions, such as menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
- Provide prenatal care to pregnant women, including monitoring fetal development, conducting ultrasounds, and managing pregnancy-related complications.
- Perform deliveries, including vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections, ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and baby.
Qualifications :
Medical degree from an accredited medical school.Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.Valid medical license to practice in the state of Georgia.Completion of residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices in obstetrics and gynecology.Responsibilities :
Counsel patients on contraception options and family planning.Perform surgical procedures, such as hysterectomies, tubal ligations, and laparoscopies, as needed.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patient interactions and procedures.Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities to stay current on advancements in obstetrics and gynecology.Benefits :
