Overview

BECO Asset Management, LLC is currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician  to join our team servicing apartment communities in Suffolk, VA . This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining high-quality residential communities. At BECO, we are passionate about creating places where people love to live—and your work will help us achieve that every day.

Responsibilities :

• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Complete work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents (unit turns), including painting, repairs, and cleaning.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotation (includes nights / weekends— generous call pay provided ).
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and condition of the property’s physical assets and grounds.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager and other team members to provide excellent resident service.
