2nd Shift / 3pm to 11 : 30pm / Sunday to Thursday - Additional days or overtime as required to complete the daily demands

About The Role :

As a core member of our distribution team, you will be expected to :

Perform all functions in the distribution warehouse(s) including; loading, checking, lift / jack movement, housekeeping, inventory checks, and QC related procedures.

Work as a team in a fast paced environment to meet departmental minimum requirements for units per hour and accuracy.

Work in our frozen warehouse with your primary duty being a Certified Lift Operator (CLO).

Capable of working as a team in a fast paced environment to meet departmental minimum requirements for units per hour and accuracy

Tolerance for working in a frozen, -20oF environment. Hey, we give you a freezer suit and more frequent breaks!

Flexibility to work daily overtime as needed

Essential Duties :

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly

Ability to work in an extreme cold environment reaching temperatures below -20oF

Capable of pushing / pulling up to 2000 lbs. for an extended amount of time (on carts, dollies, pallets) within temperatures of -20oF

Must be able to stand and walk for upwards of 12 miles per shift while maintaining footing on icy / slippery floors

Ability to use proper lifting / bending techniques from ground level to over the head at times

Ability to perform basic math calculations

Successfully complete OSHA certification for powered industrial vehicles

All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Primary duty as a Certified Lift Operator (CLO)

Pay

Base Pay Rate : $20.27 / hour - $22.53 / hour

Freezer Premium : $1.25 / hour

Shift Differential : $0.50 / hour

Certified Lift Operator Premium : $1.00 / hour

Heavy Equipment Operator Premium : $0.50 / hour
