We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. This individual will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. The ideal candidate is well-rounded in accounting, detail-oriented, and an expert in Excel reporting and financial process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
 - Analyze financial performance, variances, and cost drivers.
 - Collaborate with department heads to gather input and validate assumptions.
 
Management Reporting
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis vs. budget / forecast.Provide commentary and insight into business performance trends and KPIs.Present financial results and analysis to Management.Support management in strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis. Build strong cross-functional relationships to improve financial transparency and accountability.Data Analysis & Modeling
Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards in Excel.Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights.Process Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting.Support implementation of FP&A tools and systems.Other responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary by manager and / or the Company as the business and department continue to grow.Key Competencies :

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles.Minimum of 3 years experience in the manufacturing industry.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Proficiency in Excel and financial planning software.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong business acumen and ability to influence decision-making.Professional fluency in Mandarin preferred but not required.CPA or CFA designation is a plus, but not requiredTravel & Mobility :
