A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Communicate clearly and professionally with subscribers to assist in building their websites

Manage a workload of 30+ projects, adapting approaches based on subscriber needs

Collaborate with various departments to complete tasks related to website setup and launch

Required Qualifications

Prior customer service or support experience

Strong time management skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects

Self-driven with an eye for design

Experience with project management is preferred
