Your new role

They're seeking for a Jr Estimator to join their team in Long Island City, Queens. Reporting to the Chief Estimator, you'll play a key role for heavy civil projects—performing takeoffs, reviewing drawings and specs, coordinating with subcontractors, and contributing to proposal efforts.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of experience in heavy civil estimating
• Understanding of NYC agency work (DDC, DOT, MTA, etc.)
• Proficiency in reading civil construction drawings and specs
• Experience with BlueBeam, AutoCAD, and HCSS Preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate across teams
