Nurse Practitioner

Heart of the Midwest

Work-Life Balance :

4-day workweek
Manageable call schedule
Clinic hours : 8 AM - 5 PM
Average 15-18 patients / day

Desirable Practice Setting, Ideal Work Environment :

Modern, well-equipped clinic across from the hospital for seamless access

On-site services include CT, X-ray, full-service lab, ultrasound, mammography, physical therapy, and rehab

EMR : Athena Health

Favorable Call Schedule :

ED sees 50-60 visits / month

Paid call

Emergency transfers are supported by EMS and airlift protocols

Culture & Support :

Supportive, team-based approach among providers and staff

Opportunity to collaborate with general surgeons onsite bi-monthly

Competitive Salary & Financial Package :

$185,000 first year

3-year contract

CME

Paid call over 96 hours

Qualifications

Certifications Preferred :

ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS

Experience :

Confidently managing the ED independently

Background in critical access or rural hospital preferred

Leadership mindset and ability to work autonomously
