What You Will Do :

• Develop and execute the technical vision and strategy for Financial Services and Loyalty, ensuring optimal system performance regarding throughput and latency.
• Design and construct essential financial systems, such as card processing and loan repayment mechanisms, focusing on funds flow and reconciliation.
• Enhance developer efficiency by promoting innovative tools and technologies, including Go, Temporal, Kubernetes, and MongoDB.
• Guide and mentor team members to foster personal and professional growth, aiming for technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to align on long-term strategic goals.
• Lead the development of reusable technology platforms for widespread adoption throughout Coinbase.

Pay Transparency Notice : Compensation for this position varies based on location, with a target annual salary range of $246,500 to $290,000. Full-time offers at Coinbase also include bonus eligibility, equity options, and comprehensive benefits.
