Job Summary and Qualifications
The Change Management Manager is responsible for supporting the director for the execution of the Change Management strategy for CSG Nursing. This role will help develop strategies to ensure staff readiness and adoption of new processes aimed at transforming healthcare delivery. Up to 25% travel. Key responsibilities include collaborating with nursing leaders, supporting the development and communication of change management strategies, assisting in creating change management and communications plans, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, helping develop and implement change impact assessments, tracking and reporting on metrics, supporting the adoption of training programs, applying targeted approaches to support change leadership, implementing culture and engagement strategies, identifying affected populations, providing coaching to project teams, maintaining a library of change management tools, collaborating across the organization, and monitoring and escalating issues and risks.
Education and Experience
Bachelor degree required. Certification in Change Management or received within first 12 months of role preferred. Previous experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably within an innovation / start-up environment, complex project, or clinical setting (minimum 3-5 years preferred). Experience in contributing to the development of communication plans focused on preparing people for change. Knowledgeable about current change management trends. Strong organizational, time-management, and collaboration skills. Effective oral and written communication skills, including basic presentation abilities. Ability to solve problems in healthcare settings using creative solutions. Comfortable using technology to address challenges and complete tasks. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Good facilitation and team collaboration skills.
