Position Summary : We are looking for a experienced Administrative Technician to perform advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative responsibilities. We ask that you have a broad and comprehensive understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations.

Your Day-to-Day :

• Perform complex administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy.
• Produce, analyze reports; address reporting issues and provide relevant insights.
• Conduct routine assignments and data analysis to support departmental goals.
• Participate in special projects, offering administrative support.
• Respond to internal and external requests for information.
• Document and recommend improvements to existing processes.
• Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage deliverables across multiple partners.
• Arrange travel and logistics; organize staff functions and events.
• Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and written materials; proofread and edit documents for clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other administrative professionals to ensure understanding and consistency across teams.
• Maintain confidentiality while coordinating with internal departments and external partners, including government personnel.
