A prominent, top-tier General Contractor specializing in large-scale commercial and mixed-use construction is seeking an experienced and meticulous Construction Scheduler to join our Orlando team. You will be the architect of our project timelines, ensuring every phase is meticulously planned and executed on schedule.

??? The Impact of the RoleAs our dedicated Construction Scheduler, you will be integral to the successful delivery of multi-million dollar projects. Your expertise will be relied upon by Project Managers, Superintendents, and executive leadership to maintain efficiency and anticipate challenges.

Key Responsibilities :Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed, resource-loaded schedules using the Critical Path Method (CPM) for all phases of construction.Work closely with the project teams to accurately track progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.Prepare and update monthly schedule narratives, baseline schedules, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.Conduct time impact analysis (TIA) and evaluate contractor schedule submissions and claims.Ensure scheduling practices comply with all contractual requirements and company standards.?? What You Will Need to Succeed :3+ years of professional scheduling experience within the commercial construction industry (General Contractor experience preferred).Expert proficiency in construction scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6 and / or Microsoft Project.Proven understanding of the interdependencies between construction activities and the ability to visualize project sequencing.Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.A relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.??
