• 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM or 9 : 00AM-6 : 00PM with occasional weekends
• Caseload is skilled nursing adults and geriatrics
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• 35 guaranteed hours
• 13 week assignment
• Minimum 1 year SNF experience preferred
