We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to help drive our retail sales and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities :
Sales : Promote and sell D1 retail products, including apparel, water, and other merchandise to clients.Client Check-Ins : Efficiently manage client check-ins for classes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all members.Customer Service : Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns to foster a positive atmosphere.Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to maintain a supportive and encouraging environment for clients and staff alike.Facility Maintenance : Help keep the facility clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming space for all members.Product Knowledge : Stay informed about D1 products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.Qualifications :
Experience : Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or fitness setting.Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.Team Player : A strong team player who is committed to creating a supportive and family-oriented atmosphere.Passion for Fitness : A genuine interest in fitness and wellness, and a desire to help others achieve their goals.What We Offer :
