A day in the life

• Prepare and configure CNC mills and lathes : load / edit programs, set tooling, establish work / tool offsets, and verify reference points.
• Run precision operations per routers, work orders, and blueprints, including cutting, drilling, milling, boring, and broaching.
• Complete first‑article and in‑process inspections using measurement tools to confirm full conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation, following all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates on status updates, issues, and improvement ideas.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance throughput, quality, and repeatability.
