Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)

The Opportunity :

Meghan Jackson Miller Psychological Services is looking for an experienced clinical supervisor to join our growing practice who shares our mission of making therapy accessible for all.

In this role, you'll supervise 5 supervisees and carry a small caseload so you can stay connected to direct practice while mentoring emerging therapists.

They need a supervisor who gets it, who's been there and who can help them find their clinical voice without losing their humanity. They need someone who can teach them to navigate complex cases while maintaining hope and preventing burnout.

What You'll Actually Do :

Guide and Develop :

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to graduate interns, LMSWs, and MHC-LPs.
• Help clinicians navigate complex cases and crisis situations.
• Lead case consultation meetings for team-based problem solving.
• Support supervisees in finding their authentic therapeutic style.
• Teach the balance between empathy and professional boundaries.

Who You Are :

You're an LCSW with at least 5 years of clinical experience who understands that supervising community mental health is different and that textbook interventions don't always translate to real life.

You believe supervision is teaching, mentoring and sometimes just being the person who says "that sounds really hard" when a clinician is struggling with a case.

You can handle the administrative side (documentation, compliance, standards) without losing sight of why it matters - to protect clients and clinicians alike.
