The Floating Clinical Director is a mid-level management role designed for licensed clinical leaders who thrive on flexibility and travel. Reporting directly to the Administrator, this position provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary teams across Telecare programs in Washington State.

As a traveling Clinical Director, you will serve as interim leadership for programs during new business launches, vacancies, or leaves of absence. Assignments typically last 39 months and require the ability to quickly adapt, build relationships, and uphold Telecare's high standards of care.
