We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Williamsville, New York. In this long-term contract role, you will manage complex transactions and provide precise support for inquiries and requests. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, optimizing business processes, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Process and resolve unique or complex transactions outside of the platform with efficiency and precision.
- Address and respond to platform inquiries while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Owners to identify opportunities and convert them into actionable outcomes.
- Maintain data integrity and generate quality reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze business trends and provide meaningful insights to enhance platform adoption and usage.
- Perform order entry and transactional functions to support team requests.
- Optimize business workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate verification and completion of transactional requests.
- Provide general support to the team, including assistance with customer care and communication.
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism and tact.
- Two-year college degree or equivalent experience, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a functional area.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of functional experience, preferably at a senior level.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and effective communication techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with generating reports and metrics to ensure data quality and integrity.
