Program Management Leader
This is a high impact role that will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of critical initiatives on our strategic roadmap. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement and leadership across Engineering, Operations, Delivery, Supply Chain, and Product Management. The successful candidate will be a skilled Program Management leader with accountability for overseeing and driving technical programs across OCI and Oracle; this is a highly visible role that requires technical depth, strong program management, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a highly responsive team entrusted with delivering urgent compute, storage, and network capacity in line with business and operational needs.
- Serve as the principal escalation point for sudden disruptions affecting infrastructure capacity, with focus on rapid solution implementation and risk mitigation.
- Develop program frameworks and lead the team to deliver and drive key programs.
- Take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable milestones and deliver against tight deadlines.
- Gather complex, sometimes unstructured, data inputs from multiple sources (both internally and externally) and identify new data sources that will enhance business outcomes and support strategic and tactical objectives.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance.
- Ensure that stated and unstated goals, business issues, concerns and priorities are surfaced and understood.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting technical growth, operational excellence, and strong partnership with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
10 years program management / technical experience with a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.5 years of professional experience in Cloud Operations / Cloud Infrastructure preferably in a multinational organization.5 years of experience leading and developing program / engineering focused teams.Passion for fixing problems with curiosity.Strong analysis and reporting skills with attention to detail and accuracy at the senior executive level.Ability to collect, organize, and display data in consumable format.Able to meet quick turnaround times in a fast-paced environment.Experience in working across business units and with cross-functional collaboration.Embrace and adopt to quick changes.Disclaimer : Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
