Job descriptionCritical Access Hospital Mix of Inpatient & Outpatient cases Average 5 20 cases / day; anesthesia covers 2 4 rooms / day Support team includes 1 MD and 4 autonomous CRNAs 4 days per week 10-hour shifts Ongoing availability preferred Ortho, General Surgery, Podiatry, ENT, Healthy Peds, Urology, OB / GYN, Endoscopy Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, Ultrasound-Guided Procedures No Heads, Hearts, or Spine Oregon CRNA license ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications; DEA preferred COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption Travel and lodging accommodations provided
