Job descriptionProvide individual, couple's, and family counseling Identify psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns and provide accurate diagnostic impressions Create individualized treatment plans for each client Implement evidence-based therapeutic treatment approaches Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan Perform regular wellness checks and follow-up appointments Master's degree from a social work accredited institution; Active Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) License; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; High ethical standards; Ability to build rapport and a strong therapeutic alliance
