Location : Charlotte, NC (Onsite | Serving Charlotte and Surrounding Areas)

Compensation : $100K-$150K per year (Commission-Only | Performance-Based)

Your Role : What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect for new business using outbound techniques such as door knocking, cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into closed sales
  • Conduct in-person inspections to assess gutter systems and identify solutions
  • Prepare and present professional estimates for installation, cleaning, or repair
  • Build strong client relationships through follow-up and outstanding service
  • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and opportunities within CRM systems

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation to travel across the service area
  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound or field-based sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a competitive drive
  • Experience in home improvement, roofing, siding, or exterior repair preferred
  • Knowledge of gutter systems, drainage, or gutter guard products is a plus

    • Compensation & Schedule

  • Earnings : $100K-$150K+ annually (commission-only, performance-based)
  • Benefits : Marketing and training support, growth potential, and flexible schedule
  • Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, with flexibility for client appointments on evenings or weekends
