We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and detail-oriented Field Service Manager to join our team. Responsibilities will include working with our installation team, on-site testing of product deployments and overseeing on-site maintenance of existing systems. Monitor labor time and materials costs. • Create and maintain site logistics plans • Resolve on-site issues after installation • Coordinate and conduct testing • Oversee maintenance events (small and large) • Write maintenance reports and keep logs on different product deployments • Diagnose equipment failures and issues with engineering team • Feed information from field back into design changes with engineering team • Interface and build strong relationships with customer personnel Qualifications: • 3+ years field work experience in an industrial or utility environment (construction, equipment installation and start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.) • Experience in HVAC or water treatment strongly preferred • Understanding of engineering documents such as drawings, specifications, and standards • Experience operating industrial site equipment (manlifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.) • Familiar working with standard safety protocol in industrial settings including lockout tagout procedures • OSHA 30 (preferred), OSHA 10 (required) • Experience with ISNet preferred. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight up to 75% of weekdays. Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
