Position Overview :

As the General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind cultivating new business, orchestrating weekly programming, and leading a team dedicated to making our customers extremely happy. Your hands-on management style, experience in ticketed events, and food and beverage service management will be crucial in upholding the magical atmosphere that defines The Cauldron.

Main Duties :

• Operational Leadership : Oversee all venue operations to ensure seamless daily functions and exceptional guest experiences. Develop strategies for operational efficiency and revenue growth.
• Financial Oversight : Comprehensive financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing profitability.
• Team Leadership and Development : Build a high-performance culture through recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
• Customer Experience Management : Maintain and elevate service standards, ensuring all guests receive outstanding service.
• Cocktail, Bar, and Food Service : Oversight of food and drink menus, including kitchen management.
• HR and Staff Management : Handle hiring, training, staff schedules, and ensure staff well-being.
