Job Description

Enpal Italia is looking for a Junior Business Developer with experience to lead improvement and optimization projects, with a focus on data analysis and strategic development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop new end-to-end operational processes independently and ensure their continuous improvement over time.
  • Analyze complex data using data visualization tools like Power BI to provide detailed reports and support strategic decisions.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects in close collaboration with operational teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze and evaluate opportunities to improve the end-user experience through automation and process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, STEM or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills.
  • Motivation to work in a young and growing company.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both verbally and in writing.
  • Previous experience of 2-3 years.
  • Basic programming and data analysis knowledge (JavaScript, Python, R).
  • Competence in using data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

  • Knowledge of process improvement tools (Six Sigma, Kaizen...).

  • Morning Coordination Meeting : Start of the day with an alignment meeting with the team to discuss updates on assigned projects, using tools like Gantt or Trello.
  • Process Management and Structuring : Starting from a practical operational approach ("learning by doing"), you will proceed with the definition and organization of the process assigned to you.
  • Collaboration with Operational Teams : You will work in close synergy with the operational teams to ensure they are fully integrated and aligned with the new process.
  • Presentation of Results : Regularly, you will present the results of your work during weekly meetings, supporting your arguments with accurately collected data and detailed reports you have elaborated.

  • Independent Project Management : You will be able to manage a project from start to finish, acquiring skills in ideation, implementation, and process optimization.
  • Automation of Business Processes through RPA : You will acquire skills in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), which will allow you to automate business processes, increasing operational efficiency.
